Job description
Kansas Health System is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist – Cardiology for a hybrid role embedded in our clinics. You will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, participate in rounds, adjust therapies, and educate patients to improve outcomes.
This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patient education, and a commitment to safe, cost-conscious medication management. Remote work is possible about one day per week.
