Job description
Duke Signature Care in Durham, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join our ambulatory care team. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients, plan and perform nursing interventions, and collaborate with providers to deliver guidelines-based treatment in a busy outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, immunizations, EKGs, wound care, and documentation.
