Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist – Patient Therapy & Education

Job description

ProMedica is seeking an Clinical Pharmacist to perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. You will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists.
