Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network seeks an OP Ambulatory Pharmacist Clinician Primary Care. This advanced practice pharmacist will promote optimal drug use outcomes in high-risk populations and provide direct patient care, teaching, and consultation within primary care settings.
You will contribute to policy development, clinical pharmacy operations, and medication therapy outcomes as part of the pharmacy care team in family medicine and internal medicine.
