Job description
The Mount Sinai Health System seeks an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Manager who will report to the Senior Director, Ambulatory Pharmacy. The role combines direct patient care with centralized responsibilities to advance care delivery goals across the system.
You will develop collaborative drug therapy programs, lead medication management initiatives, supervise staff and students, and participate in governance and quality improvement.
