Job description
NYU Grossman School of Medicine, part of NYU Langone Health, seeks an Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team. The role supports nursing practice, coordinates care, and collaborates with licensed providers to implement patient-centered treatment plans.
You will participate in site and organizational quality initiatives, collect patient data, and provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families.
