Serve as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, coordinating resources, and helping patients navigate their care experience.

Assist with care planning, referrals, and coordination of services across the continuum of care.

Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and compliance with established clinical protocols.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Support staffing and patient care needs across WakeMed OB/GYN practice locations when necessary.

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina.

Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience required.

OB/GYN, Women's Health, Labor & Delivery, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, or ambulatory care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Genuine interest in women's healthcare and supporting patients throughout all stages of life.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Self-motivated professional who takes initiative and embraces accountability.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and service excellence.

Flexibility to travel to other WakeMed OB/GYN practice locations as needed.

Passion for delivering patient-centered care and creating an exceptional patient experience.
