Job description
The Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Registered Nurse for the Victorville Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with the PACT, and support patient education and discharge planning.
Responsibilities include clinical assessment, administration of medications, and documentation in the medical record. A valid RN license and English proficiency are required, with BSN-preferred for higher grade levels.
