Job description
NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island is seeking an Ambulatory Care Nurse to join the Carle Place site. The successful candidate will support coordination, integration, and evaluation of nursing practice, and collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities include administering medications, performing assessments, and providing education to patients and families. Requires NYS RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred; opportunity to advance quality initiatives
