About This Role
The Ambulatory Care Nurse will support the coordination, integration, communication, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practice and clinical policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional looking to provide comprehensive care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
Collect patient health history
Record information in electronic health record
Provide information, counsel, and education to patients and families regarding test results and treatment plans
Administer medications, provide comprehensive wound care, and perform patient triage
Assess and monitor patient responses to various treatments and procedures
Consult with clinical supervisors and licensed providers to determine best treatment plans
Direct, supervise, and delegate to licensed practical nurses and medical assistants
Participate in coordination of on-site activities to provide patient care
Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Associate Degree may be approved with conditions)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in applicable area
Licenses & Certifications
Current Registered Professional Nurse License in New York
Basic Life Support Certification required
ACLS certification preferred
