Job description
Samaritan Albany General Hospital in Albany, OR is seeking a pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services in ambulatory care. The role includes comprehensive medication management across anticoagulation, perioperative anticoagulation, anemia management, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, heart failure, COPD, asthma, and opioid use disorder, with instruction duties for staff and students.
The position requires current Oregon pharmacist licensure and BLS within 90 days.
