Job description
UVA Physicians Group is seeking an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist for two primary care locations: UVA Primary Care Riverside in Charlottesville, VA and Medical Associates of Louisa in Louisa, VA. The Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist provides evidence-based pharmaceutical care in ambulatory settings, designing, implementing, monitoring, and documenting therapeutic plans.
