Job description
South Shore Health System is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care RN to manage individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, care managers, health care teams, patients and families to achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities include medication administration, plan of care documentation, safety, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
