Job description

University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic Nurse Care Coordinator (RN) focused on wound and hyperbaric care. You will support physicians during clinic sessions, coordinate patient care, and ensure understanding of the plan of care for patients and families.

Responsibilities include managing patient flow, triage, documenting findings in EMR, and promoting patient safety and quality of nursing care. A BSN and RN licensure are required.
