Job description
The University of Kansas Health System in Olathe is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator to join the Cancer Center. This licensed nurse provides ethical, evidence-based care, coordinates services, educates patients, and communicates with physicians to ensure the plan of care is understood and followed.
Responsibilities include patient flow management, triage, EMR documentation, and liaison among front desk, nursing staff and physicians to optimize outcomes.
