Job description
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, guided by the nursing process and in collaboration with the health care team. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care and teaching needs via direct and telehealth encounters to deliver patient-centered care.
