Job description
The Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides ambulatory clinical pharmacy services as a credentialed, privileged member of the healthcare team, practicing under collaborative practice agreements to optimize therapeutic outcomes, enhance medication access, and reduce the overall cost of care.
