Job description
Shields Health Solutions is hiring an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for an on-site role at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR. You will conduct in-person and virtual patient assessments under a CPA, optimize therapy, and resolve medication-related problems to elevate patient care.
You must hold a PharmD, be licensed in Oregon, and meet one of: PGY2 Ambulatory Care, PGY1 with ambulatory CPA, or 3+ years in ambulatory disease-state management.
