Job description
STGi in Tupelo, Mississippi is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to focus on drug monitoring and management, primarily in the areas of diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia.
The specialist will provide clinical pharmacy services to patients and staff, ensuring continuity of care while coordinating multiple aspects of pharmaceutical care to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Qualified candidates should hold a Pharm.D. degree and possess an unrestricted Mississippi license as well as a strong background in clinical pharmacology.
