Job description
ChristianaCare’s ambulatory pharmacy team is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support the Swank Center for Memory Care, collaborating with neurologists, APNs, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
This role offers flexible hybrid work opportunities, with eligibility to work remotely up to two days per week based on operational needs. Delaware licensure is required before hire.
