Job description
ChristianaCare is seeking an ambulatory clinical pharmacist to support the Swank Center for Memory Care. You will collaborate with neurologists, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy for memory and cognitive disorders.
The role involves comprehensive med management, patient education, and ongoing monitoring with opportunities to support other ambulatory pharmacy services. Hybrid schedule allows remote work up to two days weekly.
