Job description
Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for ambulatory care in Marysville, OH. You will provide comprehensive medication therapy management, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and contribute to education and outreach within the ambulatory clinic.
You will precept residents and students, participate in community activities, and support quality improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, effective pharmacotherapy and excellent patient outcomes.
