Job description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support primary care, medicine, surgery and specialty clinics within the VAWNYHS in Buffalo. The role covers direct and indirect patient care, drug therapy monitoring, and education for staff and patients.
Candidates must have ACPE-accredited pharmacy education and a current U.S. license. Residency or fellowship training is desirable; proficiency in English is required.
