Job description
Brown University Health seeks a pharmacist with advanced ambulatory care experience to provide clinical cross-coverage across primary care, cardiology, infectious diseases, and behavioral health. Hybrid on-site/remote schedule; Monday–Friday hours.
Responsibilities include optimizing therapy, drug information, and education, with opportunities to teach and support SDPMP programs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe medication use and positive patient outcomes.
