Job description
Shields Health Solutions seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. You will perform comprehensive medication management under a Collaborative Practice Agreement, working with physicians and care teams in person and virtually to optimize therapy and resolve drug-related problems.
You will hold a PharmD, be licensed in Washington, and bring ambulatory care residency or CPA experience; or comparable ambulatory practice.
