Job description

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist to join the ambulatory specialty care team. You will optimize medication therapy for patients with complex chronic diseases, partnering with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.

You will coordinate specialty medication management activities, including access, prior authorization support, and monitoring.
