Job description
Chase Brexton Health Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Baltimore, MD, to deliver ambulatory care pharmaceutical care and intensive MTM. You will work with HIV/ID programs and PrEP clinics, serving as a clinical consultant and preceptor to students and staff.
Requires PharmD, PGY1 residency, 2 years clinical pharmacy experience, MD license in Maryland, BLS, and NPI on hire. Leadership in pharmacy operations and collaboration with a clinical team are essential.
