Job description
Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to operate in our ambulatory geriatrics clinics, collaborating with an interprofessional team to optimize patient care. The role reports to an Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager and emphasizes strong communication and time management in a team setting.
The ideal candidate holds a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, with PGY1 required and PGY2 in Ambulatory Care or board certification preferred.
