Job description
Novant Health Medical Group Heart & Vascular Institute – Winston-Salem is seeking an Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider to join our Heart Failure team supporting ambulatory patient needs. This role focuses on collaborative care within a patient-centered model and uses our Epic EHR.
Qualified candidates will hold a Master's degree and be licensed as a PA or NP with NCCPA certification and DEA registration.
