Job description
Brown University Health seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to coordinate and oversee specialized pharmacy services within scope of practice. You will lead patient-focused medication therapy management, provide counseling, and support pharmacoeconomic initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
The role requires a PharmD/BS in Pharmacy, Rhode Island or Massachusetts licensure, and PGY-2 residency with board certification.
