Job description
Brown University Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to coordinate advanced pharmacy clinical programs, including pharmacotherapeutics, pharmaceutical care and drug information services under the Pharmacist-In-Charge.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers to optimize medication use, develop policies, monitor quality measures, and mentor residents and staff while maintaining current clinical competency.
