Job description
Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our organization at our Burien location. This part-time (.8 FTE) role runs Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in an outpatient setting focusing on chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant patients.
The Pharmacist will fill prescriptions, counsel patients, perform MTM, monitor therapy, and provide drug information to clinic staff. Experience in ambulatory care or renal pharmacotherapy is preferred.
