Job description

Capital Medical Group, part of Independence Physician Management and UHS family, seeks an experienced RN to lead ambulatory nephrology nursing care. You will balance hands-on patient care with triage, care coordination, and clinical documentation in a heavily clinic-based environment.

You will work closely with physicians and APPs, manage queues, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across DC area clinics. Onsite role with strong collaboration and compliance focus.
