Job description
The University of Kentucky Memory Disorders clinic seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support evaluation and management of patients with cognitive concerns. The APP will work closely with physicians, nursing staff and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities include detailed patient assessments, neurological/cognitive screenings, and development of evidence-based care plans, referrals coordination, patient education, and potential involvement in research
