Job description
UW Medicine is seeking an Associate Director for Ambulatory OB/GYN Services in Seattle. The role leads Women’s Health, Reproductive Care, and OB/GYN clinics across multiple campuses with 100+ staff, driving strategy, operations, and patient access.
The position requires 6–8 years of ambulatory leadership, strong data analysis skills, and experience communicating with senior leaders. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a 100% FTE commitment.
