Job description
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide clinical pharmacy services primarily for ambulatory oncology patients. Responsibilities include medication management, chemotherapy orders review and verification, and patient education.
The role also involves serving as a drug information resource to the medical team, developing pharmacy programs, and participating in teaching opportunities for students and residents.
