Job description
Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Ambulatory Pharmacist to join the Clinic Pharmacy team to provide evidence-based, patient-centered medication management in ambulatory clinics.
The role involves clinical collaboration with physicians, nurses and pharmacists to optimize therapy, dispensing, and patient care monitoring, while supporting insurance prior authorizations and improving access to medications for ambulatory patients.
