Job description
The Medical Group of ChristianaCare seeks a Program Manager of Patient Safety to lead ambulatory safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across MGCC practices. The role requires data-driven oversight, collaboration with clinical and operational leaders, and ongoing efforts to improve patient and caregiver safety and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have accreditation and patient safety experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to analyze reports for trends and improvement
