Job description
Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Ambulatory Community Health Adult Medicine program in Springfield, MA. The role involves independent care planning, triage, and collaboration with physicians and staff to support complex patients.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, Massachusetts RN license and BLS CPR are required; outpatient or primary care experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus eligible for external hires with 1 year of experience.
