Job description
Baystate Health in Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Health Centers as an Ambulatory Nurse in Adult Medicine. You will assess, develop, and implement plans of care for patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs, and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
