Job description
Trinity Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse for the Homer Glen Clinic to perform primary care triage and patient assessments. You will manage vital signs, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure timely care.
Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and coordinating care across teams. Requirements: IL RN license, BSN/ADN, BLS, and 1–2 years of clinical experience. This full-time role features day shifts with no weekends or holidays.
