Job description
Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an RN Team Leader to coordinate nursing care on the unit, delegate patient care by skill and acuity, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes within the Mayo Nursing Care Model. You will lead staff development, teach, precept, participate in quality improvements and research, and manage patient/family education and transitions of care.
The role supports professional practice and is eligible for TN sponsorship; schedule typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM,
