Job description
ChenMed LLC is seeking a Network Specialist to provide direct patient care within ambulatory care settings and occasionally in SNFs or home settings. You will review medical history, conduct exams, interpret labs, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinicians.
The role requires a medical degree, state license, and DEA/DPS registrations, with board certification preferred. Travel up to 75% may be necessary across the market, and excellent communication is essential.
