Job description
Sutter Health seeks an Ambulatory Surgery Center Clinical Administrator to lead clinical and operational performance at a high-volume outpatient surgery center. In this role, you’ll oversee nursing and perioperative services, staffing, workflow, and patient safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will drive quality improvement, infection prevention, and service excellence, collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and resources, and cultivate a compassionate, inclusive culture aligned with Sutter’s mission of patient-centered, community-focused care across Northern California.
