Job description
Wellness Avenue Surgery Center is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse to lead the ambulatory surgical services team. The role oversees day-to-day OR operations, staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management, and quality improvement under the ASC Administrator.
The ideal candidate will drive fiscal accountability and policy development while delivering exceptional patient care. The Charge RN will recruit, schedule, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensuring staffing levels meet departmental needs
