Job description
Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead day-to-day operations at the ambulatory surgery center and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
The role reports to the ASC Administrator and focuses on fiscal accountability, policy development, staff performance, credentialing, safety, and risk management to enhance patient care and outcomes.
