Job description
Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the ambulatory surgery center's clinical operations and drive improvements in efficiency and patient care. The role reports to the ASC Administrator and focuses on policy development, credentialing, safety, and staff performance.
Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree (BSN or higher), TX RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least five years in OR/ICU with supervisory experience in outpatient settings.
