Job description
Upper Bay Surgery Center seeks a Director of Nursing for full-time leadership of the operating room and related services. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with responsibility for budgeting, staffing, and clinical process improvements to enhance patient care and experience.
The Director will report to the Administrator, oversee credentialing, safety, and policy development, and drive performance and quality across departments in a busy ambulatory setting.
