Job description
Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical services within the Ambulatory Surgery Center. The DON will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while complying with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Reporting to the Administrator, the DON will lead pre-op, OR, and PACU operations, mentor staff, and manage budgets and productivity. Maryland RN licensure, BSN, ACLS/BLS, and 3–5 years of leadership experience are required.
