Job description
Mass General Brigham is seeking an Ambulatory Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to support kidney, pancreas, and liver transplant patients in a multidisciplinary clinic. The role includes leading education for patients and healthcare professionals and contributing to protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
The position requires licensure eligibility in Massachusetts, with preferred ASHP-accredited residency experience in solid organ transplant.
